Temporary Road Closure

Norfolk County Council proposes to make a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order (the “Order”) (NTRO9021) affecting The Street from 200m north of its junction with Old Lane for 160m northwards (the “Road”) in the Parishes of Witton and Ridlington (North Walsham) to facilitate UK Power Network excavation for electrical duct installation and overhead line works, the Road will be temporarily closed (except for pedestrian access) for the duration of the works/period the closure is necessary which is anticipated to be from 18th to 26th February 2025, but may continue to be closed/restricted until the 9th April 2025 where the closure is still required beyond the anticipated dates. Alternative route is via: The Street, Heath Road, Hall Road, North Walsham Road, The Street (Witton and Ridlington, Honing).
