Temporary Traffic Regulation Order

Norfolk County Council proposes to make a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order (the “Order”) (STRO11877) affecting the Hoolehouse Road from 319m north of its junction with North Walsham Road for 106m northwards (the “Road”) in the Parish of Witton and Ridlington to facilitate new windfarm site entrance works and cabling works, the Road will be temporarily closed (except for pedestrian access) for the duration of the works/period the closure is necessary which is anticipated to be from 10th February to 8 th March 2025, but may continue to be closed/restricted until the 8 th September 2025 where the closure is still required beyond the anticipated dates. Alternative route is via: Hole House Lane, North Walsham Road, Happisburgh Road, B1159 Coast Road/ Walcott Road, Mill Common Road, Stonebridge Road, Hoolehouse Road (Witton, Honing, Walcott). Vehicular access will be permitted to a final destination in the Road where signs indicating such access is possible and permitted are in place.
